Problems Around
Svetodar
When a person is absorbed by their problems, their Ray of Attention is narrowed and concentrated on them. Consciousness is captivated by the problems, and as if nothing else exists, or everything else is somewhere far, far away.
Therefore, in such situations, people are taught to distract themselves / abstract / pretend that the problem is not yours, that it doesn’t exist, and other similar things. The goal here is to free your Ray of Attention, to untie it from concentration on the problem. And to look around with a fresh perspective.
Like an ostrich sticking its head out of the sand: While its head is in the hole, there is only forward or backward, as if there is no choice. But having stuck it out, one can see that there are 360 degrees of ways out of the situation.
And sometimes the ostrich discovers that there is nothing to get out of — there is no situation at all. It just seemed so 😊
