Care for Others
Svetodar
Care for others is an aspect of a healthy human psyche. Even a child, not yet possessing resources, spontaneously exhibits impulses of care.
It should be clarified here that care has many forms of expression. For someone, this will be expressed in saying a kind word, for someone in an embrace, for someone in financial support. Sometimes care can also be a push in a certain direction. In general, there are many options, and not all of them are obvious.
Speaking of health, I mean both directions: internal and external. Internal, from health, is when impulses to care for others spontaneously arise. External, towards health, is when impulses do not arise, but by consciously making care for others a part of life, one can improve their health.
Of course, in both cases, this must be done without harming oneself, otherwise it is a sign of internal problems and imbalance.
So what am I getting at… 😊
What is your spontaneous care for others?
To what extent do you feel enough of its expression within you?
When providing care, do you feel that quiet, calm sensation of healthy satisfaction?
Is there a need to adjust your expression of care for harmonization, for the sake of health? (qualitatively moderate or enhance, quantitatively decrease or increase)
